Top Five Attack

I was thinking......yes, I was....... I was thinking that I always think about things in "top 10 lists". Example....I see something funny, I automatically say to myself, "Wow, that's got to rank in the top 5 funniest things I've ever seen." Or "God, this restaurant is definitely in my top ten" ...see what I mean, Vern? Yeah, so I decided, that's something that is undeniably ME...so why not incorporate it into a blog based solely on ME??? So, that's how the Top 5 Attack came to be...... and now....what to start you children out on for your first Attack ........hmmm... OH...I know!!! Sunday, I was working...ALL DAY.. and by all day I mean I put my Papa John's cartop on at 10 am and I finally took it off at 11:00..... P.M.!!! so, I spent ALOT of time in my car....and all day, I kept hearing these AWESOME random songs on Sirius and so, here ya go....

TOP 5 HAPPY-DANCE-IN-YOUR-CAR Songs
1. Everclear- Santa Monica Just the bass line at the beginning kicks it in.......nuf said....
2. R.E.M.- It's the End of the World As We Know It (And I Feel Fine) I still know every word to this song... "That's great, it starts with an earthquake, birds and snakes and aeroplanes, Lenny Bruce is not afraid"
3. Rancid- Time Bomb I think the song is actually suppose to be sad and about a kid dealing drugs...but hey...the beat kicks ass.... "Black coat, white shoes, black hat, Cadillac, Yeah, the boy's a time bomb"
4. Barenaked Ladies-Grade Nine.... Anyone ever heard this song?......I love it....It's so upbeat, you just have the dance along in your car...."Went into the classroom and my knowledge was gone...I guess I should have studied 'stead of watching Wrath of Kahn" or "Went out for the football team to prove that I'm a man, guess I shouldn't tell 'em that I like Duran Duran"
5. The Marvellettes- Please Mr. Postman Who doesnt like a good ole Doo-wop every now and again...I don't know much about this song except that the three or four times I've heard it...I just sing along and am so content with my little existence in my Honda Civic.....I should have lived in the 40's and 50's.....I just adore poodle skirts...
